We pride ourselves on delivering impeccable hospitality and service, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team.
As the Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
Your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will play a critical role in creating an inviting and immaculate environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all facilities - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Train and supervise housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols - Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained - Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair needs - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained - Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed, including porter duties, buffing floors, and industrial cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping or facilities maintenance - Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness - Good communication skills to effectively interact with staff and other departments Note:
